Sunday Sunspots!

I am so tired ……

I’ve had a busy week patrolling the garden after the invasion of the introoder, so am spending today curled up on the duvet.

This is one of my favourite spots, on the bed in the sun.

I’m a big fat sleepy ginger cat!

Introoder!

This morning, I was sitting happily on my step in my back garden, when this cat came and sat down right next to me!

The cheek of it.  I sat very still, in case he was dangerous.  Turned out he wasn’t, but you never can tell.  He’s now sitting on the fence, but I’m keeping a close eye on him.

Maybe he’s heard about the prawns.  He’ll be out of luck then, cos I’ve eaten them all!

Prawns!

I got prawns!  She bought me a whole packet of prawns.  I likes prawns.

She wouldn’t let me eat them all at once, in case I was sick.  I likes prawns, but have She has to cut them up for me, otherwise I just get them all over the floor.

  I’m a big fat belly full of prawns ginger man cat!

Boats & Moorings

There has been a lot of talk over the last few weeks about boats and moorings.  I don’t really know what a boat or a mooring is, but both She and He seem to be quite concerned about it all. 

Firstly, the boat is not finished yet.  I don’t know what that means either, but think we’ll be staying at home for a while yet, which is good.  Apparently He thinks it will be done by the end of March.

This is the boat, although apparently it looks a bit different now as it has windows, which can only be a good thing.  There is rather a lot of water for my liking.

Secondly, both He and She are excited because they say they have found a mooring, and gave me some pictures to show you.  It seems you need to put the boat thing somewhere.

 

Way too much water for my liking!  He’s very excited about the fishing.  I don’t know what fishing is, but I know a lot about fish!  I am hoping fishing is good.

This is where we will go, where the one with the red door is.  It looks like there are lots of bushes and trees to play in, there might be mousies!!!   Fish and mousies sounds good, but I am still not convinced about the water.

It’s just all too much to think about, so I’m going to have a lie down. 

Tummy Tuesday and a Stressful Morning!

This morning, two big men came into the house!!  Cheek of it!  They were delivering some chairs for the boat thing.  Mum is not best pleased as these are nearly a month early, and are now cluttering up the living room.  Apparently the boat thing isn’t finished yet.  I went outside, out of the way, and waited until they had gone before coming in to inspect the new arrivals.  They look quite comfy, although I wasn’t allowed to sit on them, not now, anyway!!  I’ve had such a stressful morning there’s nothing else to do but sleep, especially as there’s a nice clean duvet cover on the bed.

I Was Sick!

I don’t know what happened.  One minute I was eating my breakfast, the next minute it was back again in a little pile on the floor.  I went and got my Mum, quick, just in case.  She made Him pick it up, and I got lots of cuddles.

I hid in the corner for a bit.  I feel OK now – some more dinner might help!

Helping!

My Mum’s got a new hobby, apart from me, of course.  It’s called “sewing”.  I’m not sure what that is exactly, but I’ve been helping.

Whatever she’s doing, there’s bits of fluff all over the floor now.  I just hope there will be a treat in it for me at the end of it all.
